I have used the Chamber several times and it is wonderful. The energy in the chamber helps me to relax, get centered and be in the present moment. I can feel the energy relaxing me. I noticed that my breathing slows to a gentle rhythm and I begin to let go of my worries. I also feel like the energy is working on me and healing me.
